Vice President of Nursing and Clinical Services

Susan joined Huggins Hospital in 2010. As Vice President of Nursing and Clinical Services, Susan oversees the Emergency Department, Medical Surgical Unit, Intensive Care Unit, Surgical Services, Pharmacy, Clinical Nutrition, Education, Infection Control, Risk Management, Quality and Compliance as well as the School Nurses and the Adult Day Program.

Susan Dionne is a graduate of Saint Anselm College in Manchester, NH with a Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing and a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University.

Susan served on active duty as a Nurse Corps Officer in the Unites States Navy for 22 years achieving the rank of Captain and she has held multiple nursing and healthcare leadership positions over the course of her career.

Susan is a member of the American Nurses Association, the New Hampshire Nurses Association and the New Hampshire CNO leadership group. She serves on the Board of Directors for Sugar Hill Retirement Community and the Elsevier Nursing Advisory Board as a representative for Critical Access Hospitals.
