Walk-in x-ray services available in Moultonborough

Huggins Hospital’s Moultonborough Family Medicine now offers x-ray service on-site Mondays and Wednesdays from 8 AM to 4:30 PM. This convenient walk-in service is available to anyone with a referral for basic imaging from a healthcare provider.

The walk-in service means no appointment is necessary – just bring your referral to Moultonborough Family Medicine located at 984 Whittier Highway in Moultonborough or call 603.476.2216 with any questions.

Basic x-rays are low-risk, quick, and can provide important information for optimal care. Huggins Hospital’s x-rays are completely digital, appear on the radiology technician’s computer screen within seconds, and can be seen immediately by your healthcare provider if he or she is part of the Huggins network; if not, Moultonborough Family Medicine will provide you with a digital copy of the images for your provider.

Basic x-rays can reveal an enlarged heart, bone fractures and evidence of arthritis just to name a few. More complex x-ray services such as mammograms, MRI, CT scans, fluoroscopy, nuclear imaging, bone density testing and ultrasound are available at Huggins Hospital in Wolfeboro.
