Hospital & Community Aid Association, Inc.
Over the years, Street Fair organizers have worked tirelessly creating a fun event in Wolfeboro to raise funds to support Huggins Hospital. With their new name, the Hospital & Community Aid Association, Inc., now raises money for medical equipment at Huggins Hospital as well as support for other local community organizations.
Each year, thousands of people converge onto Brewster Field in Wolfeboro for the annual Hospital & Community Aid Street Fair in August. It is fun for the whole family with shopping, food and amusement rides!
Although the Street Fair takes place over just one Friday and Saturday a year, it is a year-round endeavor. Volunteers spend countless hours throughout the year collecting and sorting through generous donations of slightly used items such as clothing, decorations, white elephant and books. The Street Fair is organized by the Hospital & Community Aid Association, Inc. and runs with the help of many community members and Huggins Hospital employees who volunteer during the event.
The Association also plans barn sales throughout the year at the Association’s collection centers. For more information about how to donate items, please call the Hospital & Community Aid Association, Inc. at 569.6630.
Explore the barns and find treasures! The barns are located at 65 Pine Hill Road in Wolfeboro. Call the Hospital & Community Aid Association, Inc. at 569.6630 for more information.
